Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain consistency and respect everyone's time, the following policy applies:
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or is missed entirely, the full session fee will be charged.
For planned absences such as vacations and holidays, clients are allowed up to four planned absences per calendar year without penalty. These must also be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. If more than four absences occur, make-up sessions will be scheduled to ensure continuity of care and to hold your reserved time slot.
