About Me

About Me

As a therapist, it’s important to me to create a safe, open space where clients can fully explore their inner world and how it influences their actions and behavior, especially in parts where they feel stuck. It is my goal to help clients be fully aware of their internal processes in order to create authentic and meaningful lives.

Prior to private practice, I have been working in the field for more than a decade and my clinical experience consists of supervisory and clinical work in crisis and suicide hotlines, inpatient work in hospitals, outpatient work in schools and clinics, and clinical research.
